This concept was a collaboration with Blokable. They create and design solutions for affordable living in the Sacramento area. Most of their design work is centered around modular prefabricated systems to cut down on the cost of construction and deliver fast efficient turnkey solutions. Check them out @ Blokable.com
This concept is to be developed and built by Blokable. I was honored to work with the team in creating the renderings for their stakeholder’s presentation. If you want to learn more about the work that Blokable does, head over to their website @ Blokable.com & social media IG page @Blokable

You’ll see more of this content coming down the pipeline.
